1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by prk77.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process prk77 requires before processing withdrawals or applying certain account limits.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one active prk77 account. Any Player found to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all associated accounts suspended. Any PKR balances and pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at prk77's discretion.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. When registering on prk77, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prk77 login credentials. prk77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your prk77 account. You must notify the prk77 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. prk77 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing prk77 is lawful under the laws applicable in your location at the time of access.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR)

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. prk77 accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment rails. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and prk77 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the prk77 Cashier at the time of deposit. prk77 reserves the right to adjust these limits based on account verification status, responsible gaming settings selected by the Player, or risk management considerations.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. PKR withdrawals from a prk77 account are subject to: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances; (c) the withdrawal being processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the prk77 account holder. prk77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. prk77 targets same-day processing for PKR withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Pakistan Standard Time. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the Player's selected payment provider. prk77 is not responsible for delays caused by banking or mobile wallet systems outside prk77's control.

4.5 Currency. All prk77 account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). prk77 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions on the Pakistan-facing platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and reload offers made available on prk77 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, the standard prk77 bonus wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount on eligible slot games. Live casino, sportsbook, and Cockfighting bets may contribute differently or not at all to bonus wagering requirements — the contribution percentages are published in the prk77 Promotions section.

Players found to be abusing prk77 bonus offers will have their Bonus Balance voided and may have their accounts restricted.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits and free spins awarded by prk77 expire within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the Player's account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6 Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the prk77 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. prk77 does not operate its own RNG and has no ability to influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a live betting event, prk77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return PKR stakes to the relevant accounts.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or display error on the prk77 platform, prk77 reserves the right to void any bets affected by the error and return the staked PKR amounts to the respective Player accounts. prk77 is not liable for any winnings resulting from a demonstrable system error.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the prk77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with prk77 games or sportsbook markets.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on prk77.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of prk77 for the movement of illicit PKR funds.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim prk77 bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information to the prk77 KYC or support team.

7.2 Consequences. Accounts found engaging in any prohibited activity may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Any PKR Real Money Balance in a suspended account will be reviewed under prk77's fraud and compliance procedures before release. In serious cases, prk77 may refer matters to the relevant Pakistani law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 prk77 Content. All content on the prk77 platform — including but not limited to the prk77 logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of prk77 or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without express written permission from prk77.

8.2 Third-Party Game Content. Games available in the prk77 lobby are provided under licence from their respective developers and publishers. Buffalo King is developed by Pragmatic Play. Ganesha Gold is provided by a licensed third-party provider. All game content remains the intellectual property of the respective developer. 10 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments to These Terms

In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's records and prk77's server records, prk77's server records shall be considered authoritative unless the Player can provide clear and compelling contrary evidence.
